Cool Dudes

This is based on the MME April Sketch.  I love this photo of my little ones.  We can't always convince little man to wear glasses but he loves to copy his sister.  I have used the Boy Crazy paper for this page.

This is my little man investigation an egg shell while we were making cookies in the holiday's.  He was horrified and fascinated at the same time.  It broke and cracked and was sticky too.  So interesting.

It's not often that I get a photo taken of me that I think is ok.   But I love this photo of Emmy and me.  My Minds Eye directed me to this amazing place called PageMaps.  It has sketches that you can use when your brain can't think.  Anyway I love this site!!  This is a layout that I did based on one of their sketches.  I loved their use of doilies and circles.

Who knew they were real?

Andrew's face when he saw these characters was funny.  Even though he doesn't really know who they are he was impressed that a giant bunny and giant bird were wanting to give him a hug.  That was a fun day.  Movieworld held some special memories for the kids.

 

What Happened!?!

I am finally on top of most things so I felt that I could do a bit of scrap booking.  My Minds Eye have a challenge for April.  Make a project sharing you sense of humor including a funny story.  THIS is a funny story!!  Nanna called me downstairs to see Poppa covered in oil from the car.  He had gone to empty it and put the container there to catch the oil and the oil very obligingly went into the container then shot out and covered Poppa.  We have a lovely oil patch on the grass too!!  That is the end of that shirt!  I have used paper from Lime Twist and Miss Caroline.  This page was just begging to be done!
