Kaiser Sat Sketch #3 July

I was really enjoying doing this one.  I left it to eat tea and my four year old decided that it needed his art work on it too.  He coloured it in with pencil and proudly showed me.  Sigh.  I have rubbed it out but he draws heavy.  Amazingly you can't see it on the photo.  But I took photo's of his work and have put them in too.  It happens to be a page of him so I guess he decided to contribute his way.  Anyway I am going to put it in the competition so everyone can see his work too.
This is the first time I have let him ride on of the horses.  I wasn't sure if he would understand what was happening but he realized once the horse started walking, and he really loved the experience.  The owners were great and are used to kids with special needs.  They did a wonderful job.
I have used Little Toot paper, a Kaiser stamp, and Kaiser flowers and brad.  Andrew used a pencil.  Mummy used a rubber!!!!

Kaiser Sat Sketch #2 July

I have used the Fine and Sunny paper for this.  Had so much fun!!  I drew around the embellishments with black pen to highlight them.  And did a bit of doodling on the page to match.  I used the rub-on Imagine but it didn't want to come off (having a real problem with them at the moment) so I just left the rub-on on the plastic backing.  That works :).  I just love those eyes of my girl!!

Those Eyes

This is a page I did for Anna's Craft Cupboard, the July sketch.  My girl has the most beautiful eye's.  Just love them.  I used MME paper.

Kaiser craft Sat Sketch July #1 2012

I finally had time to sit down and have a go at this sketch.  I was glad that I could use three photo's (I know there are only two in the sketch) because I have been wanting to scrap these for a while.  My husband came home with a remote controlled car for our little boy and he just LOVED it!  He has no idea how the buttons work (neither does Mummy) but he just knows that if he pushes the buttons the car moves.  Look out everything in the way!!  The cat is now missing a rather large chunk of fur.  I just love my little boy's face of glee.  And I must say I have the best husband ever!!
I have used the Check In paper as well as a page of the Miss Nelly paper.  I need the red colour and it matched just fine.  I love the alphabet on the bottom of the paper, it is great for making words.  And who can resist the stamps from the Little Toot collection!  So thanks for the inspiration once again Kaiser craft!

My Minds Eye July Challenge

For this challenge we were asked to do a monochromatic page.  I adore the colour blue and often put my girl in blue to take photo's of her because her eye's are an amazing blue.  So I just had to do a page of blue with my daughter in it.  I really enjoyed all the fussy cutting that happened to go with this page.  I had to cut some of the other colours out of the "doilies" but it was relaxing to just cut.  (While I was preparing to do this page my 4 year old fell down our stairs backwards and given that he's epileptic that meant a trip to the hospital to be checked out.  So I really needed a relaxing time!!)  Anyway here is the page of my girl all in blue.
